This is ideal for the customer with 50 or more pieces of mail who does not wish to affix postage stamps on the mail due to:

• The need to account for postage, through a receipt,
• The need to affix different stamp denominations, depending on weight, destination,
• Lack of manpower to affix the stamps, etc. The customer presents mail at the counter, pays the requisite postage value, and leaves the rest to Posta.

Benefits

• An official receipt with the full value for the postage paid will be issued for easy accounting
• Mail shall be imprinted with the words “Postage Paid” and processed without delay
• Payment for services can be made by cash/cheque, or opening of a deposit account.

The customer will arrange mails in bundles of 50 pieces, segregated according to weight brackets and destinations (in the case of international destinations), and handed in at the Post office.
