Eng. Sammy Tangus

Eng. Sammy Tangus is a holder of BSC. Civil Engineering from the University of Nairobi. He is a member of the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) and a Corporate Member of the Institute of Engineers of Kenya (IEK). Eng. Tangus has worked in government, private and international bodies; gathering experience in administration and technical matters.

Dr. Enock Kinara holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Business Administration from Washington International University, Master of Business Administration (MBA) Major in Marketing from Almeda University, Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of POONA, Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial relations from the Central Institute of Management.

The Principal Secretary, Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology

Mr. Joseph Tiampati ole Musuni is the Principal Secretary, Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology in the government of Kenya. Before his appointment, Mr. Tiampati worked as General Manager in charge of Social Security with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF).

He had earlier served in various capacities at Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) until 2010 when he left to join NSSF. Prior to leaving KCB he was a Head of Department in Credit and also served briefly as Chairman of the Kenya Bankers Association (KBA) Credit sub-committee as well as member of the KBA/CBK taskforce which introduced credit information sharing in Kenya.

Mr. Tiampati is an alumnus of Alliance Boys High school. His education includes an executive MBA from ESAMI/ MSM and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Mathematics from the University of Nairobi.

Dr. Kamau Thugge
Dr. Kamau Thugge is currently the Principal Secretary at the National Treasury. He has oversight responsibility for the National Treasury. He has previously worked in the Ministry of Finance as Head of Fiscal and Monetary Affairs Department, Economic Secretary and as Senior Economic Advisor. Before joining the Ministry of Finance he worked with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) both in the policy making Departments and non-policy making Departments as Economist/Senior Economist and Deputy Division Chief.Dr. Thugge holds a Bachelors of Arts (Economics) (1980) from Colorado Collage, USA, Master in Economics (1982) from Johns Hopkins University, USA and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics (1990) from Johns Hopkins University, USA.

An alumnus of the Moi and Kenyatta Universities, Mrs. Chelimo is an Assistant Deputy Director—Administration—of the Teachers Service Commission. She brings to the Board of PCK her indispensable skills in administration, management and good corporate governance.
Pauline W. Muthigan
Pauline W. Muthigani

Pauline is a holder of an Executive MBA (New media and communications Management) with a bias in Telecommunications and Network Industries Management (Postal Business included) –from the University of St. Gallen Switzerland.

She has over 12 years of experience in Communications, Policy, ICT Consulting, Research and Business Development. She is currently among others, Director and Local Shareholder of Savanna East Africa Ltd.
Joseph Kanja Kinyua
Mr. Abdi Adan Suleiman

Mr. Abdi Adan Suleiman is a holder of a Bachelor of Ed. Sc. Degree from the University of Nairobi. A technocrat well versed in policy and managerial issues in the Communications industry. He is a former teacher, and employee of the defunct KPTC and Postal Corporation of Kenya and Chairman of the Kenya Meat Commission. He brings to the Corporation a wealth of experience gained both locally and internationally.
John Katiku

Mr. John Katiku is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya currently a Partner at Musyoka Wambua & Katiku Advocates. He is a Commissioner for Oaths, Notary Public and Certified Public Secretary. Mr. Katiku holds a Masters in Law (LL.M) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law. Mr. Katiku is a member of the Board of Trustees of Centre for Advanced Studies in Environmental Law and Policy Trust and LAPTRUST. He is also a member of the Taskforce drafting the National Gaming Policy.
Mary Basweti
Ms. Mary Basweti

Coming from the Private Sector. Currently working as an Independent Energy Consultant in energy conservation, and renewable energy in the Region. Pioneered Energy Saving and Power Quality in Kenya and Sub-Saharan Africa, with outlets in Rwanda, Tanzania, Ghana, South Africa.
Experienced in Entrepreneurship spanning over 25 years; mainly in International Trade and Market Research. Previously worked with, USAID and SIDA (Swedish International Development Agency). Work entailed liaising Donor funding and Procurement for SIDA-funded programmes. Worked closely with the Treasury and Ministry of Health which fell under our programmes.
Member WIB (Women In Business Board) of The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
On Social Responsibility: Founder-member of Starehe Girls Centre, Member Starehe Girls Fundraising Committee from 2004 To Date.
An alumnus of Highlands School, Eldoret, (now Moi Girls); Kianda College (Pre University), Strathmore, Natural Resources Institute (NRI) at the University of Greenwich UK; Current Student at the University of Liverpool, UK – Online Degree MSc in Management. Bringing to the Board, strong background in Sociology, Business Administration, Management and Trade.

Mrs. Jane Florence Otieno joined the Postal Corporation of Kenya on 22nd August 2011. An alumnus of the Nairobi University; she is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a Certified Public Secretary, a Commissioner for Oaths and a Notary Public.
